Welcome to the ListSA Information Service - your gateway to a wide selection of South African direct mailing lists and services. Our research team will respond within two to three days, but usually within 24 hours.

HOW LIST RENTAL WORKS
Most of the lists on our site are offered on a list rental basis, ie they are supplied for once off use only at a rate quoted as a cost per 1000 individual consumers or company executives. For example - the cost to rent 2,000 advertising executives from the Interactive Direct Business Database will be 2,000 x R1,500.00 per 1000 for once off telephone, mailing and fax usage = R3,000.00 excluding VAT. A processing charge of R500.00 is also charged for any order. We will supply you with counts and quotes based on your selection criteria at no cost. Once you have decided what you want to rent we will invoice you and ask you to sign a list order confirmation. Once we have received the signed confirmation and proof of payment we will supply a zipped file of the data via e-mail in the file format you require (usually MS Excel).

There are two large business-to-business databases featured in this section plus three industry specific databases. Each is tele-researched on a daily basis. DATA PRIVACY LEGISLATION
The telemarketing and direct marketing industries in South Africa are still under threat from privacy legislation. The Protection of Personal Information Bill, which contains a section declaring that consent is required from people before you can communicate with them via fax, e-mail, SMS or an automatic calling machine (we think they mean a call using IVR). There are many other quite restrictive provisions so we recommend that you read the Bill and start planning for a far more controlled future. The Bill has already been passed by Cabinet.
