Address Cleaning & Bulk Data Processing

• Our bureau division uses the SA Post Office approved address cleaning process (correction of name, address & postcode lines with detailed data quality reports and PAMSS certification, plus manual checking and cleaning of suspect records if required). We also specialize in cleaning names and telephone numbers.
• Multilevel deduplication with summary report (ie finding identical matches in a number of different lists).
• Multi-format loading, conversion to upper/lower case, language conversion, postcode sorting, laser personalisation & bulk label printing.
